Our role

Far Infrared Sauna Source

Far Infrared Sauna Source is an independent sourcing service for US business buyers. We help turn a purchasing objective into a traceable requirement, coordinate factory responses and compare quotation scope. We are not a sauna manufacturer, authorized reseller, medical provider, testing laboratory or regulatory adviser. Catalog entries are inquiry choices and do not represent stock, preapproved factories or verified model claims.

Responsibilities across the buying process

  1. Define the business requirement

The buyer explains the channel or facility context, intended placement and decision criteria. We help express those inputs as cabin capacity, construction, heater questions, electrical destination, usable dimensions, control features and included-accessory requirements.

  2. Set a comparable order basis

The buyer states units by configuration, sample scope, desired timing and US destination. We request price, currency, minimum quantity, packaging, delivery basis and exclusions against the same lines.

  3. Separate evidence from assumption

We keep public references, buyer inputs and supplier confirmations distinct. Factories are asked to tie manuals, labels, reports and other documents to the offered model and manufacturer rather than provide a file for a related series without explanation.

  4. Record approval and change

The buyer decides whether an alternative is acceptable, obtains qualified advice when needed and approves the selected scope. We can organize comparison notes, but we do not replace technical, safety, legal or regulatory review.

How information earns its place in the decision file

  1. Record inputs

A dated brief captures requested attributes, quantity, destination, timing and evidence questions. Unknown details are labeled open instead of silently completed.

  2. Check references

External product information may suggest comparison fields, but it remains a reference with its source and limits. It cannot prove an offered factory model, our relationship or a health outcome.

  3. Request confirmation

The candidate factory identifies the exact product it proposes and answers every specification, commercial and document field. Conflicting or blank replies are returned as questions.

  4. Approve deliberately

The buyer compares aligned totals, samples, evidence and unresolved risks. Any accepted substitute should be written into the approved revision before an order is placed.
